Complete an application form, indicating your preferred choice of subjects. Hand in your form to school reception or the sixth form office or post it to school at Congleton High School, Box Lane, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 4NS.

Alternatively, you can apply online using the form on the right hand side of the screen.

You will then be invited to attend an informal meeting to discuss your choices.

Please note that at this stage all offers of courses are provisional and subject to your obtaining the relevant entry requirements, student demand and availability on the timetable.
